and vaccine clinics throughout Riverside County.

For ANY limited income pet owner/guardian (disabled, unemployed, receiving government assistance, etc), 

these organizations make modest donations toward the cost of spaying/neutering.  

(Call them after you make your appointment. because they pledge their donation directly to the vet clinic you choose.)

    Tell them there is currently NO voucher program in 

    Riverside County.  


•    Pet Assistance Foundation, 877 772-9738.  When recording starts, dial #10 to stop it, then leave your name and phone  # and repeat your phone #.  A volunteer will call you back.

In the Lake Elsinore/Temecula area, Animal Friends of the Valleys will transport your pet on Wednesdays and Thursdays to Sunnymead Veterinary Clinic for spay/neuter.  They charge a $5 transport fee in addition to the surgery charges.  Pets stay overnight.  To schedule an appointment, call AFV, 951 674-0618. * 

*NOTE:
They will also charge for any prescriptions the vet prescribes for your pet.  If you don't wish to have pain medication or for infection be sure to attach a signed note to the carrier, stating that you don't want any medication prescribed.  

Remember, that is some cases, there are dogs or cats which may have more pain than others.
